Gentle Exercise: Low Impact Aerobics using basic moves

Step Aerobics: Aerobics combination using steps

Tri-Class: A mixture of high impact step Aerobics and Hand weights

Circuit Class: An all over workout using a mixture of resistance type machines

Cardio Box: Fitness class using Punching Bags and Speed Ball

Combo Class: A half and half class of Circuit and Cardio Box 

Fit Ball: Gentle low impact movement using a fitness ball to provide stability, flexibility and strength

Tae Box: A Martial Arts exercise to music class combining punching and kicking with a small amount of choreography

Kick Boxing: A self defense and confidence class

Results Class: Interval training consisting of Aerobics with weights

Gymnasium: Free weights, pin loaded weight equipment and cardio equipment
